This year our 4th of July was a little different. Brandon's boss needed him to take some stuff to his ranch in Colorado, so he took us with him for the weekend. It was so beautiful there. We had a big BBQ on the 4th and played in the pond, then did fireworks that night. They have an elk ranch there that people come to hunt on and a huge lodge, Ron took us through the elk park and to see the lodge and of course I forgot to take my camera :( We saw some pretty big elk and the views at the lodge we breath taking! We all had a great time!!!

On our way home we say a bear cub playing in the river. By the time we got out of the truck it had climbed up on the road about 20 feet away from us. It was pretty cool, the kids loved seeing it!!

Ronda the rainbow picture and the one with brylee and brogan holding hands are beautiful. You need to turn those in for a contest. The cabin sure did look fun. You never told me you saw a bear.
Ronda I will miss you. You aren't too far away. Let's get together in Filmore and go out to lunch. I have a friend that will be moving to Filmore anytime now. Her name is Raelene. I think that you would really love her.
