Since Brandon had to make a quick trip to Colorado, we decided it had been way to long since we had been to St. George, so we took off for the weekend. (Except for Tanlie, she chose to go with her dad and she had so much fun.)

We stayed with Ginger and had a great time :)
We took the kids to the wildlife museum's Kids Club. They got to learn about animals, take a tour of the museum and then do a craft.
We went swimming @ Grandpas 2 days and loved it. It was sooo hot, it felt good to cool off in the pool.
Friday night we took the kids to the movie in the park. They had fun, but got tired so we left about half way through.
My kids were so excited to hear the ice cream truck/van, so we had to buy them an ice cream. They thought it was pretty cool, and wondered why we didn't have one at our house ;)
When the kids would go to bed, Ginger and I would stay up and work on our projects! We painted Brogan's barn ( I finally gave in after months of begging, he would say to me "Mom barns aren't supposed to be brown, they are supposed to be red and white") and we painted Ginger's kitchen table. We were pretty happy with the finished products. I am jealous of her table it turned out so cute.
